I think people know that I've got a good heart.

Despite everything, I believe that people are really good at heart.

I think people generally have a good heart and the intention to help.

Good leaders make people feel that they're at the very heart of things, not at the periphery.

It feels good, pouring your heart out over something, and then all of a sudden people are getting inspired.

Most people are overconfident about their own abilities. That is probably a good thing. But we would be horrified if a physician's aide engaged in heart surgery.

Accidents on big mountains happen when people's ambitions cloud their good judgment. Good climbing is about climbing with heart and with instinct, not ambition and pride.

There have been numerous tips and numerous people offering advice. I appreciate it because it all comes with good feelings from the heart. But some of it we'll apply, and some things we won't.

I started by writing short stories, but they weren't very good; I tried them on various magazines, and none of them was published. People were nicer then about turning you down, and so I didn't lose heart - I kept on writing and wrote a lot of books, one or two of which I finished, and others I didn't.

I think that if something's really good, and it touches that part of their heart that has been untouched, or maybe it has been touched but they never wanted to admit it, I think that when they get back to that, I think that we are still in a place that people enjoy it the way it's supposed to be enjoyed.
