Bad women's comedies are made by men who didn't consult enough women.

Sexism is bad enough when it's men demeaning women. When women do it to other women, it's even more deflating.

Our men and women in uniform make enough sacrifices for our country. Their credit rating should not be one of those sacrifices.

In our civilization, men are afraid that they will not be men enough and women are afraid that they might be considered only women.

Oddly enough, even though our show is structured around women, our target audience is women, I get more calls from men every night than women.

Women don't take enough risks. Men are just 'foot on the gas pedal.' We're not going to close the achievement gap until we close the ambition gap.

Men and women can absolutely be friends, and that's what we need to be. Part of the problem is that we aren't friends enough. Our relationships are negotiations, and that is not friendship.

It can't be articulated enough, that feminism means the desire to have equality between men and women. I believe that, and I act on those beliefs by going to marches and making a difference where I can.

I write simple songs, and people like that. They're mature enough to appeal to people who aren't teenage girls. Most of my fans are older, and it's nice to think the songs can appeal to middle-aged men and women.

The LGBTQ community refers to people's sexual preferences - lesbians like women, gay people like men - and children shouldn't be walking advertisements for sexuality when they are not old enough to make their own decisions.

There's still prejudice and that resistance regarding women, not only on female football but in various activities. Men think that women are a bit fragile to perform some types of activities or don't have the ability and aren't strong enough.

Men don't know enough about being courteous toward women. You should get into a cab before a woman so she doesn't have to slide across the seat. And you should always go first into a revolving door so she doesn't have to push - unless it's moving, then let her go first.

In the 1960s, you had this booming economy, and you didn't really have enough men around to fill all the jobs. So there was this sudden demand that women come back and perform a lot of the white-collar and pink-collar roles that men had done before or that hadn't existed before.

That's part of the problem with these conflicts. We're not close enough to it. If we don't try to get really close to what these guys - men, women, Americans, and now, with this Arab Revolution, young Arab men, Young Egyptians and Libyans - are experiencing, you don't understand the world, essentially.

Nigeria's unity is one for which enough blood has been spilled and many hundreds of thousands of lives have been lost. Many have paid for the unity of this country with their lives, and it will be wrong of us, as men and women of goodwill in this generation, to toy with those sacrifices that have been made.

I had turned into a trophy wife - and I sucked at it. I wasn't detail-oriented enough to maintain a perfect house or be a perfect hostess. I could no longer hide my boredom when the men talked and the women smiled and listened. I wasn't interested in Botox or makeup or reducing the appearance of the scars from my C-sections.

This is a generalization, but I think women's brains are more accessible to ideas and differences. And they can accept stuff that's weirder. I think there are enough intelligent men out there who get it, but women will watch behavior that's different and process it better. In general, women are less threatened by their emotions.
