I think you have to be wise and know your limitations and know how to work within them.

Often, you don't want to know too much, because it does affect your performance. When you're shooting a series for nine months out of the year, you don't want to anticipate too much, because you're going to work and you have to enjoy this thing too.

Obviously, everyone goes in the gym and does the biceps bells and the bench press, but when you're injured, you work on your core, your pelvic floor, your groins, on glutes, and muscles you wouldn't really know about. It does make you a stronger player all round in terms of injury prevention.
