Life is about not knowing, having to change, taking the moment and making the best of it, without knowing what's going to happen next.

My philosophy is that not only are you responsible for your life, but doing the best at this moment puts you I the best place for the next moment.

I don't know how I can explain that moment. But it was the best moment I think in my life when I signed with Chelsea because it was my dream to come here.

Something that my teammates always thought was going to be a punishment for me - sitting next to Coach Russell on the team bus - actually turned out to be the best moment of my life.

From the moment we met on 'The Jump' we were best friends. We really enjoyed each other's company and we hung out a lot so I knew that, if nothing else, I had made a friend for life in Spencer.

Rest assured that whatever station of life we are placed, princely or lowly, it contains the lessons and experiences necessary at the moment for our evolution, and gives us the best advantage for the development of ourselves.

Every moment in life can be interpreted as a risk, depending on our outlook - and level of obsessive- compulsive disorder! I do my best to depend on my gut. If you sit with a decision long enough, your gut/soul will tell you what path to take.

When I was little, the idea of waking up as a girl was like a fairytale. I had this idea that I'd meet a witch who would transform me. From the moment I found out that it was actually possible, I went to bed each night feeling that when it happens, it will be the best day of my life. And it was!
