I get to know my regular fans, and they inspire me.

A lot of artists that I've met let me know they're huge fans of mine.

Millions of wrestling fans know me as Johnny Mundo, the mayor of Slamtown.

Anyone who knows me, and most of my fans, know that I have a sense of humor.

I didn't know if Skynyrd fans were going to throw rocks at me or eggs or what.

I just know that all my fans who are with me and going along for the ride, that's what means the most to me.

I'm fortunate that Newcastle and the fans welcomed me with open arms because I know it's not easy being a former Sunderland player.

Even when I interact or meet my fans during events, I let them know of my actual Twitter handle so that they are not taken advantage of by anybody online pretending to be me.

I thought there was maybe going to be some booing. I didn't know how the fans would take to me. But the reception from the England fans has been top class. They have taken me in.

But 'Cuban Linx' was a project that really needed to come, and I really wanted to get it off my chest because I know that the fans were really skeptical about it, like 'is this really gonna be what it's supposed to be?' So once everybody caught it for what it was and everybody was happy, that's mission accomplished for me.
