Welcome to the present moment. Here. Now. The only moment there ever is.

Whatever the present moment contains, accept it as if you had chosen it.

At any moment the fully present mind can shatter time and burst into Now.

Look past your thoughts, so you may drink the pure nectar of This Moment.
