But I think you always feel it doesn't matter how much people talk you up or down; you always feel what you've done yourself.

You can say no to people who make you feel bad about yourself. To people who backstab you or make you feel anxious in any way.

The notion that you're not supposed to show how you feel is really detrimental, not just to yourself but to the way you end up treating other people.

I think people should feel less restricted by the perimeters of things like 'menswear' and 'womenswear.' It's not something that I really give much credence to when I'm buying clothes. I buy mostly ladies clothes. I think to be yourself, first and foremost, that's the easiest way to think about it.
