I consider myself a student of life.

Just be kind to each other. That's it.

If the Devil is real, then God must be real, too.

You are not responsible for everyone's happiness.

You can't go through life trying to please everyone.

You never quite know where your emotions will take you.

I look at emotional pain as something we need to go through in order to grow and learn.

I try to take the pain and find a way to use it in my work; I find that it makes the work deeper.

Get outside of their comfort zone and try something new. You never truly grow when you're too comfortable.

I've tried to meditate, but I feel like I always overthink the process. When I need to calm my mind, I will go for a family hike...

You can't rely on the approval of others. I used to always look for praise from my directors to reassure myself that I was doing a good job. I don't do that anymore.

I don't have a set routine, but I try to squeeze in a workout every day, whether it's taking a hike, taking a Pilates class, or just putting in a workout DVD. Whatever it takes!

As an actor, I feel that my work makes me very vulnerable. I have to be emotionally available to serve the scene I'm doing. You never quite know where your emotions will take you.

On any given day, my daughters would snuggle in bed with my wife and me. We just hug and kiss each other. We laugh out loud and act completely silly. I stop and think to myself, "This is love."
