There is so much power at your fingertips! Use it!

When something resonates with you, working for it seems more like play.

At the end of the day, everyone wants to feel loved, appreciated and respected.

Set goals, work hard, trust yourself, and only stress over what you can control.

Dancing to a great song with great friends and lots of laughter makes me come alive.

Through the craziness, yoga classes allow me a safe space to breathe and put energy into myself.

Sometimes it's important just to allow myself to feel whatever it is I am feeling and to be okay with it.

We live in an age where technology is so powerful that we can make change without even leaving our computers or cell phones.

It's scary but as an actress it is my job to be vulnerable, so I try to just embrace it and focus on the things I can control.

I think that being vulnerable is about feeling helpless, or powerless... it's about allowing myself to be in a place where I could be hurt.

Your job as an actor is to be a storyteller and communicate to people. And I think it's very easy to see whether or not people are listening.

Exercise and writing are so therapeutic to me. I try to write every day and I make it a huge priority to find time to work out, even if that means taking a spin class at 7am before work.

It's easier to be more vulnerable in a smaller environment. It's hard to expect your actors to be able to open up in that way and stay with the level of focus needed when there's so many people on stage.

I think as an actor you can feel when something's right and when something's resonating. I don't think that there's necessarily a right and a wrong. I think it's just a matter of being honest and telling a story.
