I am not a 34-year-old manager trying to make my way in the game; I have been around a long time.

I am a better running back every time I step on the field. I try to get better each game, each summer, each season.

I am an advent Arsenal fan, so wherever I am doesn't matter what time it is, when they're playing I have to get up and watch the game.

I don't know whether I am mentally tough or not, but one thing I know is that I like the game and spend as much time as possible on it.

We have a lot of rule changes. I am part of the competition committee. We spent a lot time evaluating the game, how do we make the game better for our fans.

I've spent a lot of time in the United States and Canada and I am grateful for the opportunities that I've been given by people, and the game of basketball, and the NBA.

It doesn't have to happen for anybody at all, this acting game, so you have to count your blessings. If I am lucky that the right things have come along at the right time, I'm just going to ride that wave.

When I'm waiting to bat I try to watch the game and make sure I know what is going on so I am ready when I get out there but I spend a lot of time hydrating. It is very important for your performance and concentration. If it is cold I might have a coffee but mainly I am trying to stay really hydrated.
