The great blessing of private property, then, is that people can benefit from their own industry and insulate themselves from the negative effects of others' actions. Having my Canadian citizenship is a blessing at this time, and there's a part of me that feels very much one foot in and one foot out, and I know I can go back to Canada whenever.
